“One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well.”
― Virginia Woolf

While foraging
through my mind
for our next passion
I began to feel a gnawing
from within
which eventually spilled over
and merged with what I was doing
.
I was hungry.
.
Hunger is
a word
which we often associate with
passion.
.
So,
our next passion is for… food.
.
“Ask not what you can do for your country. Ask what’s for lunch.”
― Orson Welles

I decided to quickly take some shots
to go with this post,
of things which I was craving,
and while shooting,
I had to keep telling myself,
not to eat the subject.
.
.
Funnily enough,
the best shots I took,
at least according to me,
were of the one subject which,
I did not want to eat
(the chunk of chocolate).
.
The worst shots I took,
are ones I’m not sharing,
but I did devour the subject,
before,
during,
and after
(crisps, chips, salty junk foody goodness).
.
The doughnut,
is still waiting for me…
yum, yum!
.
“After a good dinner one can forgive anybody, even one’s own relations.”
― Oscar Wilde
