“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, nor to worry about the future, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.”
― Gautama Buddha

What do these pictures have in common?
.
They are fleeting moments captured.
.
A touch
.
A look
.
A life
.
Something felt
.
Something seen
.
Something lived
.
To be savoured
for
ever
.
A reminder
of
those moments
which come and go
that are a part
of
the moments yet to arrive
and depart.
.
As I get older
moments
has become
.
I offer no apology
for living
in the now.
.
Two shots beautifully done, and I love how there is a connection between the two of them. Any living thing, no matter how small or how big of how different compared to us has the potential to touch us and make us see things in a different light.
Love the Buddha quote too. Moments are certainly in the now. Live in the present, and feel the beauty and love the world has to offer.
